AND BE GIVEN AN INITIAL QUOTE
Repeat users, please enter your details, starting with selecting a "Resource" (Main Meeting Room or Board Room)
Then use the "Services" dropdown menu to select the fee type and duration. Please note only whole hours can be booked. The calendar will automatically show the timing.
The room will be available for set up 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Select Next to proceed to enter your details.
Facilities: small kitchen, two bathrooms (one multi-access)
Tea/coffee/chocolate/milk/urn, wifi & whiteboard included in hire.
If catering is required please arrange with Feisty Hen Pantry (Jenni Muxlow)

Meeting Room Booking Cancellation Charge Policy
The following charges will apply for a confirmed booking:
A notified cancellation of a booking within 3 days of booking date – 25% quoted hire fee
A notified cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of booking date – 50% quoted hire fee
A No Show on day of meeting booking (without good reason e.g. snow day) – 100% quoted hire fee
